We provide many residential services:

  • New Construction: most of our projects are new constructions, custom homes. We have lots of experience in this field.

  • Remodel: it may be just a kitchen, or 90% of  your home.

  • Home Expansion: adding a bedroom, media room, outdoor deck, etc.

  • Lighting Design: not sure what type of lighting you need? We can help you pick out and even give you options based on your budget.

  • Adding Outlets: for media room, computer, TV, freezer and more.

  • Ceiling Fans/chandeliers: we can install or uninstall fans and chandeliers. In some cases we can add them where there previously was none, even outdoor.

  • Adding New Circuits: for christmas lights, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, steams units, machinery or just to have extra outlets outdoors.

  • Low Voltage Lighting: track lights, undercounter/overcounter lights, step lights, decorative lights.

  • Warming Floors: never walk on cold floors again! Available with programmable controls.

  • Door Bell Systems: wireless and wires system.

  • Art Lighting: got new art and want to show it off? We have what you need! We use low voltage lights for this.

  • Floor Outlets: for homes that have crawl space an outlet can be added almost anywhere.
